To ensure hygiene and customer safety, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, leaked, expired, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.
Incorrect Product Received: If you received the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging.
Products returned without prior approval.
Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement or store credit
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support. After this period, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
