2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

     Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

     Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

     Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

     Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

     Delivery charges will be deducted from the purchase amount.  

3. Refund Process

    Items marked as final sale or clearance.

   Gift cards or promotional items

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email].

    Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

    Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

5. Refund Proceess

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

   If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

   Delivery charges will be deducted from the purchase amount.  

6. Return Shipping 

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
